BIPOLAR SCOTLAND

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

 

 

Bipolar Scotland are holding their Annual General Meeting and Annual Conference on Saturday 18th September 2010 from 10 am to 3.45 pm in the Menzies Hotel, 27 Washington Street, Glasgow G3 8AZ

 

The main theme of the conference is 'Celebrating Self-Help'.  Will Lyons, a journalist with the Wall Street Journal, is one of the keynote speakers.

 

There are also workshops on Welfare Reform - Which Way Now? Self-help groups - do they work?

 and participative workshops with Universal Comedy and Tai Chi.

RECOVERY RENFREWSHIRE

 

Recovery Renfrewshire continue to meet on the last Thursday of each month at The Wynd Centre, School Wynd, Paisley from

11 am to 1 pm

INVERCLYDE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE USER AND CARER GROUP

 

The group meet on a monthly basis at different venues throughout Inverclyde.  Local issues are discussed in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.  These have included local mental health services and recovery and inclusion. 

 

New members are made very welcome.

HELENSBURGH AND LOMOND GROUP

 

If you are interested in mental health issues in the Helensburgh and Lochside area, an informal meeting takes place on the second Wednesday of each month at the

West Kirk cottage, Colquhoun Square, Helensburgh from 10 am to noon.
